The UTA CARES Grant Program, sponsored by UTA Libraries, was established in 2017 to support open education. In 2019, UTA Libraries awarded a UTA CARES Scale Grant to Dr. Rebecca Mauldin, Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work. The grant supported modification of an OER and its implementation in Research Methods courses across the Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work programs.
