Cindy Trowbridge has been a certified athletic trainer since 1993 and has worked in clinical, educational, and research settings. She came to UT-Arlington in August 2004 and serves as an associate professor and clinical educational coordinator for the athletic training education program (ATEP). Currently, Cindy is actively engaged in research on the clinical effectiveness of therapeutic modalities including diathermy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy. She has presented several therapeutic modality abstracts at national conferences and continues to publish data related to her work.
