Our inaugural White Paper series concern various K-16 perspectives in educational leadership and policy, particularly focusing on access and success from a K-16 perspective. While KEPR Center resists using a fixed definition of “K-16,” we aimed to solicit papers that will push understandings of what “K-16” might mean within and across issues of access and success. We hope that these papers will be an important addition to our emerging K-16 conversations.
